Hyun-Mook Lim is a pianist specializing in new modern musics in our age. She has worked with many composers of our age and has performed their works. 

Her performances show an interest in the relationship between sound and human beings, especially in the performer's responsibility or social position when performing works from the past in this age. Her performances show an interest in the various relationships for example between sound and society, sound and the body, sound and gender, etc. but that doesn't mean just simply re-performance, but rather based on the creative approach as the modern performer.

 She is currently residing in Tokyo, Japan, and performing both in Japan and Korea. She has recently concentrated on expanding her performance experience through performing music for Piano and electronics and restoring outdated electronic works with modern technologies.

林賢黙(イム・ヒョンムック)は主に現代音楽を演奏するピアニスト。現代音楽の演奏を始めた以来、数々の作曲家と協業しながら作品を演奏している。

彼女の演奏は音と人間との関わり、特に過去の作品を現代の今・ここの時点で演奏することにおいての演奏者の責任や立ち位置についての興味を表している。彼女が興味を持っている音の表現の方向は音と社会、音と身体、音とジェンダーなどの多方面にまたがっている。しかしそれは単なる再演ではなく、今・ここの時代の演奏者としての創作的なアプローチに基づいている。

彼女は現在東京に滞在しながら韓国と日本両方を中心に活動し、最近はピアノと電子音楽のための作品を用いた演奏経験の拡張と現代のテクノロジーによる作品の復元を中心に演奏活動を続けている。

임현묵은 지금 이 시대의 현대음악을 중심적으로 연주하는 피아니스트이다. 현대음악의 연주를 시작한 이래 다수의 작곡가들과 작업하면서 작품의 연주을 계속해오고 있다.

그녀의 연주는 소리와 인간과의 관계, 특히 과거의 작품을 현대의 지금 시점에 연주하는 것에 있어서의 연주자의 책무나 사회적 위치에 대해 흥미를 나타내고 있다. 그녀가 흥미를 표하고 있는 소리의 표현의 방향은 소리와 사회, 소리와 신체, 소리와 젠더 등의 다방면에 걸쳐있으나, 그것들은 단순한 재연(再演)이 아닌, 지금 이 시점에서의 연주자로서의 창작적인 접근에 기반하고 있다.

그녀는 현재 도쿄에 거주하면서 한국과 일본 양쪽을 중심으로 활동하고 있다. 현재는 피아노와 전자음악을 위한 작품 연주에 주력하고 있으며, 또한 이를 이용한 새로운 연주경험의 확장과 현대의 테크놀로지에 의한 작품의 복원을 중심으로 활동을 계속하고 있다.
